Texas Instruments TPS7A14EVM Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments TPS7A14EVM-058 and TPS7A14EVM-095 evaluation module (EVM) aid designers in evaluating the operation and performance of the TPS7A14 LDO voltage regulator. The modules are configured with a single low-noise, small-size, linear regulator for a wide range of applications. The regulator is capable of delivering up to 1A to the load with low V_INto V_OUT dropout voltage.

0.6V to 2.2V ultra-low input voltage range
1% accuracy over load, line, and temperature
High Power-Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR):
- 80dB @1kHz (V_OUT = 0.8V and I_OUT = 500mA)

Available in fixed-output voltages:
- 0.5V to 2.05V (in 25mV steps)
V_BIAS range:
- Greater of 2.2V or V_OUT + 1.4V to 5.5V
