Texas Instruments TPS74801-Q1 Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulators offer an easy-to-use, robust power management solution for a wide variety of applications. These linear regulators provide user-programmable soft-start that minimizes stress on the input power source by reducing capacitive inrush current on start-up. The monotonic start-up is designed to power many types of processors and Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs). The TPS74801-Q1 regulators enable input and power good output that allow easy sequence with external regulators. These regulators provide precision reference and an error amplifier with 2% accuracy over line, load, temperature, and process. The TPS74701-Q1 LDO is stable with any capacitor greater than or equal to 2.2µF.
