Texas Instruments TPS74701-Q1 LDO Linear Regulator

Texas Instruments TPS74701-Q1 Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator offers an easy-to-use, robust power management solution for a wide variety of applications. This linear voltage regulator includes a user-programmable soft-start that minimizes stress on the input power source by reducing capacitive inrush current on start-up. The TPS74701-Q1 LDO features enable input and power good output that allows easy sequencing with external regulators. This regulator provides precision reference and an error amplifier with 0.95% accuracy over line, load, and temperature.

The TPS74701-Q1 LDO is stable with any capacitor greater than or equal to 2.2µF. Typical applications include automotive head units, infotainment and clusters, telematic control units, and front and rear cameras. The TPS74701-Q1 low-dropout voltage regulator is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
