Texas Instruments TPS389C03-Q1 I2C Programmable Voltage Supervisor

Texas Instruments TPS389C03-Q1 I2C Programmable Voltage Supervisor is an integrated multi-channel window monitor reset IC with three remote sense pins. This highly accurate multi-channel voltage supervisor is designed for systems operating on low-voltage supply rails and with narrow-margin supply tolerances. Noise filters and internal glitch immunity further eliminate false resets resulting from erroneous signals. The TPS389C03-Q1 does not require any external resistors for setting the overvoltage and undervoltage reset thresholds, which further optimizes overall accuracy, cost, and solution size and improves reliability for safety systems. I2C functionality gives flexibility in selecting thresholds, glitch filters, reset delays, and pin functionality. The device offers CRC error checking and a built-in ADC for voltage readouts to provide redundant error checking. The device has a built-in Q&A watchdog and Error Signal monitor with independent watchdog output and watchdog enable. The Texas Instruments TPS389C03-Q1 is available in a 16-pin 3mmx3mm QFN package.
