Texas Instruments TPS37AQ1EVM Detector Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments TPS37AQ1EVM Detector Evaluation Module (EVM) helps design engineers to evaluate the operation and performance of the TPS37x-Q1/TPS38x-Q1. The TPS37x-Q1/TPS38x-Q1 is a family of overvoltage and undervoltage monitors. This particular evaluation module configuration contains the Texas Instruments TPS37A010122DSKRQ1. This device is an overvoltage and undervoltage supervisor designed to monitor an adjustable rail with support for voltage dividers down to a 0.8V threshold voltage. The family of TPS37x-Q1/TPS38x-Q1 provides variable thresholds from 2.7V to 36V and hysteresis options from 2% to 13% in a small 10-pin WSON package with both open-drain output and push-pull outputs.

Features

  • 10-pin compact DSK package
  • Programmable reset and sense delay
  • Overvoltage and undervoltage monitor
  • Open-drain/push-pull output topology
  • Configurable manual reset
