Texas Instruments TPS274C65EVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPS274C65EVM Evaluation Module evaluates the functionality and performance of the TPS274C65 industrial high-side switch. This module includes BoosterPack™ plug-in module pins for SPI communication and an onboard 3.3V buck converter that allows external VDD and lower device IQ. The TPS274C65EVM supports versions AS and BS of the TPS274C65. This module features onboard Reverse Current Blocking (RCB) FETs to demonstrate reverse current blocking driver functionality (AS version).
