Texas Instruments TPS25990EVM Evaluation Module

The TPS25990EVM eFuse evaluation board allows reference circuit evaluation of the TPS25990 eFuse. The TPS25990 eFuse is a 2.9V to 16V, 60A eFuse with integrated 0.79mΩ FET. It comes with overcurrent, inrush current management, adjustable overcurrent transient blanking timer, programmable undervoltage, overvoltage protection digital telemetry, and configurability through PMBus®.

The TI TPS25990EVM evaluation module is equipped with one TPS25990 eFuse and one TPS25985 eFuse connected in parallel to evaluate a 12V (typical) and 110A (steady-state) design.

  • Adjustable reference voltage for overcurrent protection and active current-sharing blocks
  • Programmable transient overcurrent blanking timer
  • Programmable output slew rate control, UVLO, current limit during startup, and active current sharing threshold
  • Digital telemetry and configurability through PMBus®
  • LED status for power good and fault indications
