Texas Instruments TPS25980EVM eFuse Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments TPS25980EVM eFuse Evaluation Module (EVM) allows reference circuit evaluation of the TPS25980x eFuse devices. The TPS25980x device is 2.7V to 24V, 8A eFuse with integrated 2.7mOhm FET, programmable under-voltage, over-current, inrush current protection, and a configurable number of auto retries and retry delay features. The input power is applied between connectors J1 and J3, while J2 and J5 provide the output connection to the load. D1/C1 provides input protection for the Texas Instruments TPS259804O eFuse, while D2/C2 provides output protection. S1 allows U1 to be RESET or disabled. A power good (PG) indicator is provided by D3. Scaled device current can be monitored at TP15 with a scale factor of 0.13V/A.
