Texas Instruments TPS22997 Load Switch

Texas Instruments TPS22997 Load Switch is a single-channel switch that provides a configurable rise time to minimize inrush current. This load switch operates over an input voltage range of 0.1V to 5.5V and a maximum continuous current of 10A. The TPS22997 switch is controlled by an enable pin (ON) interfacing directly with low-voltage GPIO signals (VIH = 0.8V). Features include adjustable slew rate control, adjustable Quick Output Discharge (QOD), open-drain Power Good (PG) signal, and thermal shutdown. This device is available in a 1.5mm x 2.0mm with a 0.5mm pitch, 10-pin WQFN package (RYZ). The TPS22997 load switch operates at -40°C to 125°C temperature range and is ideal for solid-state drives, PC and notebooks, industrial PCs, and optical modules.
