Texas Instruments TPS22950EVM Evaluation Module is a two-layer PCB that includes the TPS22950 Load Switch. The TPS22950 is a small, single-channel load switch with robust protection against fault cases with adjustable output current limiting, reverse current blocking, and thermal shutdown.
The TI TPS22950EVM Evaluation Module features VIN and VOUT connections to the device. The PCB layout routing can handle high continuous currents and provide a low-resistance pathway into and out of the device under test. Test point connections allow the Evaluation Module to control the device with user-defined test conditions and make accurate RON measurements.
