Texas Instruments TMUX405x/TMUX405x-Q1 Multiplexers

Texas Instruments TMUX405x / TMUX405x-Q1 Single-Channel Multiplexers are general-purpose, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) multiplexers (MUX). The TMUX4051 / TMUX4051-Q1 is an 8:1, 1-channel multiplexer, the TMUX4052 / TMUX4052-Q1 is a 4:1, 2-channel multiplexer, and the TMUX4053 / TMUX4053-Q1 is 2:1, 3-channel switch. TI TMUX405x / TMUX405x-Q1 multiplexers implement a single supply (5V to 24V), dual supplies (up to ±12V), or asymmetric supplies (such as VDD = 12V, VSS = –5V). The wide supply voltage range enables both types to be used in various applications, from battery testers to appliances. The modules support bidirectional analog signals on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins ranging from VSS to VDD. All logic inputs have 1.8V logic-compatible thresholds, securing TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when operating with an accurate supply voltage. The TMUX405x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
