Texas Instruments TAS6422EQ1EVM Amplifier Evaluation Module (EVM) showcases a 2Mhz, 4-channel digital input Class-D audio solution for automotive infotainment. TAS6422E’s 2.1Mhz switching frequency allows users to reduce inductor size and optimize total system cost. TAS6422E delivers 25W (10% THD+N) per channel into 4Ω with a 14.4V supply, and the wide-supply voltage capability, 4.5V to 26V, is ideal for head units and external amplifier systems while delivering top-of-the-line performance during start-stop low voltage transient events. Texas Instruments TAS6422E includes spread spectrum technology to meet CISPR25 Class 5 EMI compliance standards and integrates I2C diagnostics and protection.
