Texas Instruments SN7AHC132 4-Channel 4-Input NAND Gate

Texas Instruments SN7AHC132 4-Channel 4-Input NAND Gate is a quadruple positive-NAND gate designed for 2V to 5.5V VCC operation. This device performs the Boolean function Y = A × B or Y = A + B in positive logic. Schmitt-trigger inputs of the Texas Instruments SN7AHC132 provide added noise immunity and support for slow input signal transitions.

Features

  • Operating range of 2V to 5.5V VCC
  • Operation from very slow input transitions
  • Temperature-compensated threshold levels
  • High noise immunity
  • Same pinouts as SN74AHC00
  • Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17
  • ESD protection exceeds JESD 22
    • 2000V human-body model
    • 200V machine model
    • 1000V charged-device model

Applications

  • Electronic points of sale
  • Telecom infrastructure
  • Network switches
  • Tests and measurements
