Texas Instruments SN74AHCT14/SN74AHCT14Q-Q1 Hex Inverter

Texas Instruments SN74AHCT14/SN74AHCT14Q-Q1 Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverter contains six independent inverters. This device performs the Boolean function Y = A. Each circuit functions as a separate inverter, but because of the Schmitt action, the inverters have different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT−) signals. The Texas Instruments SN74AHCT14Q-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

Features

  • Qualified for automotive applications
  • EPIC™ (Enhanced-Performance Implanted CMOS) process
  • Inputs are TTL-Voltage compatible
  • Latch-Up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17

Applications

  • Synchronize inverted clock inputs
  • Debounce a switch
  • Invert a digital signal
