Texas Instruments SN74AHCT08/SN74AHCT08Q-Q1 Quadruple 2-Input Positive AND Gates perform the Boolean function Y = A x B or Y = A + B in positive logic. These devices have an operating range of 4.5V to 5.5V and are TTL-voltage compatible. The Texas Instruments SN74AHCT08Q-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

  • Inputs are TTL-voltage compatible
