Texas Instruments SN74ACT240-Q1 Octal Buffer/Driver

Texas Instruments SN74ACT240-Q1 Octal Buffer/Driver includes eight inverting line drivers with 3-state outputs configured as two banks of four. This buffer/driver consists TTL compatible CMOS inputs that are of high impedance and modeled as a resistor in parallel with the input capacitance. The SN74ACT240-Q1 buffer/driver offers 9.6ns maximum tpd at 5V, 50pF load, and ±24mA continuous output drive at 5V. This buffer/driver supports up to ±75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts and drives 50Ω transmission lines. The SN74ACT240-Q1 buffer/driver is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. This buffer/driver is used in smartphones, wearables, and network switches.
