Texas Instruments REF35/REF35-Q1 Ultra-Low-Power High-Precision Voltage References are nanopower, low-drift, high-precision reference devices with high ±0.05% initial accuracy with power consumption below 700nA. Low-temperature drift (10ppm/°C) and long-term drift (20ppm at 1000hrs) ensure system stability and reliability. The low power consumption combined with high precision specifications recommend the REF35/REF35-Q1 components for various portable and low-current applications. The Texas Instruments REF35/REF35-Q1 Ultra-Low-Power Precision Voltage References operate from -40°C to +125°C and are functional from -55°C to +125°C. The wide temperature range is suited for industrial applications.
The REF35/REF35-Q1 supplies up to 10mA current with 8.5ppmp-p noise and 30ppm/mA load regulation. With this feature set, REF35/REF35-Q1 creates a strong low-noise, high-accuracy power supply for precision sensors and 12–16b data converters. The REF35/REF35-Q1 components are available in wide output voltage variants from 1.024V to 5.0V and are offered in a space-saving SOT23-6 pin package. The REF35-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
