Texas Instruments LM5158EVM-FLY Converter Evaluation Module (EVM) showcases the features and performance of the LM5158. The LM5158 is a 2.2MHz wide VIN boost, flyback, and SEPIC converter with a dual random spread spectrum. This evaluation module uses the LM5158 as a flyback converter to produce multiple output voltage rails for typical applications of the 3-phase inverter gate driver bias supplies. The standard configuration for Texas Instruments LM5158EVM-FLY is designed to provide a regulated output of 10V at 250mA from an input of 8V to 16V. It also provides three isolated 20V rails at 75mA, 75mA, and 150mA, respectively. The switching frequency is at 250kHz.
