Texas Instruments ESD751/Q1 & ESD761/Q1 ESD Protection Diodes

Texas Instruments ESD751/ESD751-Q1 and ESD761/ESD761-Q1 ESD Protection Diodes are single-channel low capacitance bidirectional ESD protection devices for USB power delivery (USB-PD). These devices are rated to dissipate contact ESD strikes beyond the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (±22kV contact, ±22kV air gap) and (±15kV contact, ±15kV air gap), respectively. The low dynamic resistance and a low clamping voltage of the ESD751/ESD751-Q1 and ESD761/ESD761-Q1 help protect systems against transient events. This protection is key because industrial systems require high robustness and reliability. The Texas Instruments ESD751-Q1 and ESD761-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
