Texas Instruments DS320PR410 Four-Channel Linear Redrivers

Texas Instruments DS320PR410 Four-Channel Linear Redrivers are low-power, high-performance redrivers designed to support PCle™ 5.0, CXL 2.0, UPI 2.0, and up to 32Gbps interfaces. These linear redrivers or repeaters support AC-coupled interfaces such as DP, SATA, SAS, and XFI. The DS320PR410 redrivers feature 160mW/channel low active power, 100ps ultra-low latency, and -10dB return loss at 16GHz. These redrivers operate at a 3.3V single supply voltage and a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. The DS320PR410 redrivers are used in rack servers, high-performance computing, network-attached storage, Network Interface Cards (NICs), active cables, desktop PCs, and hardware accelerators.

The DS320PR410 linear redrivers consist of single channels that operate independently, and each channel includes a Continuous-Time Linear Equalizer (CTLE) and a linear output driver. These linear redrivers can be configured in pin mode, SMBus/I2C primary mode, and SMBus/I2C secondary mode. The DS320PR410 redrivers do not require a heat sink and come in a 4mm x 6mm, 40-pin WQFN package.
