Texas Instruments bq25172EVM Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments bq25172EVM Evaluation Module (EVM) is designed to evaluate and test the various operating modes of the bq25172 device. The bq25172 is an 0.8A, one- to six-cell NiMH stand-alone linear charger in a QFN package. The Texas Instruments bq25172EVM is a NiMH chemistry battery charger IC for single and multi-cell applications. Charging voltage can be adjusted using external resistors on VSET. The charging current can be set from 60mA to 600mA with an external resistor on ISET.

  • Battery simulator such as Keithley 2400 or equivalent
