Texas Instruments AMC23CxxEVM Comparator Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments AMC23CxxEVM Comparator Evaluation Modules (EVMs) are a platform for evaluating the AMC23C10, AMC23C11, AMC23C12 or AMC23C14. These are all isolated window comparators with a short response time and latch function. The comparator’s outputs are separated from the input circuitry by an isolation barrier certified to provide reinforced galvanic isolation of up to 5kVRMS. The Texas Instruments AMC23Cxx comparators support a working voltage of up to 1.5kVRMS.

  • 3V to 27V wide high-side supply range
  • Isolated comparator with adjustable threshold
  • Open-drain output with optional latch mode
  • 100µA reference for threshold adjustment
  • A propagation delay of 390ns (max)
  • Screw terminals are available for easy access to analog inputs and digital outputs
