TE Connectivity’s / Holsworthy RA73 Aluminum-Nitride (Al2N3) Thin Film Precision Resistors are high stability chip resistors offering a very high power-to-size ratio (up to 1W in a 0805 size). The RA73 resistors offer a Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR) as low as 25ppm/°C and resistance tolerances of 0.1%. Standard values are within the IEC 63 E96 and E24 value grids. The RA73 Aluminum-Nitride Thin Film Precision Resistors feature accurate and uniform physical dimensions that facilitate automatic placement methods.
