TE Connectivity / CGS SQ Series Cement Housed High Power Resistors

TE Connectivity/CGS SQ Series Cement Housed High Power Resistors offer high insulation resistance, low surface temperature, and excellent Temperature Co-efficient Resistor (TCR). These resistors are wound or deposited on a fine non-alkali ceramic core, embodied in a ceramic case, and sealed with an inorganic silica filler. The SQ series resistors feature 300PPM/°C stable TCR, 70°C on-off cycle for a load life of 1000 hours, and -55°C to 155°C operating temperature range. These resistors include inorganic flame-resistant construction and are ideal for applications where efficient thermal performance is a criterion. The SQ series resistors are used in automotive, appliances, servo drives, and battery energy storage systems.
