TE Connectivity 4.8mm Positive Lock Receptacles

TE Connectivity’s 4.8mm Positive Lock Receptacles are ergonomic terminals that support space-constrained wire-to-wire and wire-to-board systems. These receptacles ensure a reliable connection with audible mating confirmation and high retention force. The positive lock receptacles feature Low Insertion Force (LIF), 15A test current rating, 22AWG to 14AWG wire sizes, 600V_AC voltage rating, and 27N maximum insertion force. The LIF design supports faster assembly cycle time and a high retention force locking latch to protect the device from unintentional disconnection. These receptacles are compatible with wire crimped and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) mounted quick-connect tabs. The 4.8mm positive lock receptacles are used in small home appliances, power tools, and automation.
