TDK μPOL™ DC-DC Power Modules

TDK μPOL™ DC-DC Power Modules are compact and highly integrated point-of-load converters. These modules are ideal for powering CPUs, MCUs, ASICs, FPGAs, DSPs, and other advanced digital logic devices. The µPOL high current density power modules provide the high performance, fast load transient response, and high accuracy voltage regulation needed by these devices. These Micro-POL converters feature a chip-embedded power IC in a thermally enhanced semiconductor-embedded-in-substrate package.

TDK µPOL Evaluation Boards are designed for the evaluation of µPOL products. The evaluation board features a four-layer PCB constructed of FR4 glass-reinforced epoxy laminate material. The major power components, including the µPOL, are mounted on the top side of the TDK µPOL evaluation board. An optional I2C programming dongle is also available.
