These Schottky rectifiers feature high efficiency, high surge current capability, low power loss, and a guard ring for overvoltage protection. The SS1xLWH Schottky rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, and meet JESD 201 class 2 whisker test. The SS1xLWH rectifiers are ideal for low-voltage and high-frequency inverters, DC/DC converters, freewheeling diodes, reverse battery protection, and car lighting.
