Taiwan Semiconductor S3JFS/H Surface Mount Rectifiers are glass passivated chip junction rectifiers ideal for automated placement. These rectifiers feature 3A forward current, 600V repetitive peak reverse voltage (V_RRM), and level 1 moisture sensitivity per J-STD-020. The S3JFS/H rectifiers come with a single die configuration in a low-profile SOD-128 package. These rectifiers are stored within the -55°C to 150°C temperature range and are extensively used in DC to DC converters. The S3JFS/H rectifiers are halogen-free and RoHS-compliant.
