Swissbit X-73 Industrial 2.5″ SATA SSDs are 3D NAND based SSDs that offer the highest endurance, reliability, and full industrial temperature range. These X-73 SSDs perform read and write operations. The read operation performs sequential read up to 565MBps and random read 4K up to 73,600 IOPS. Whereas the write performs sequential write up to 495MBps and random write 4K up to 79,400 IOPS. These SSDs feature on-board power fail protection, TRIM and NCQ support, ATA security feature set support, DEVSLP compatible, and in-field firmware update.
The X-72 industrial 2.5″ SATA SSDs support Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256 encryption and optional TCG opal support. The 3D NAND based SSDs operate from 0°C to 70°C commercial temperature range and -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range. These X-73 SSDs are an ideal solution for embedded applications that require reliable and long service life storage.
