Swissbit EN-20/EN-26 Industrial BGA SSDs

Swissbit EN-20/EN-26 Industrial BGA SSDs are PCIe 3.1/NVMe 1.3 products with DRAM support and up to 4 lane operation mode. This offers both high performance and short-latency for modern applications. The data care management with background adaptive read refresh and media scan maintains the retention of the flash blocks and enables long product utilization. For high endurance demand, the EN-26 with 3D NAND pSLC offers tenfold higher endurance compared to EN-20. These SSDs perform read and write operations. The read operation performs sequential read up to 1,600MBps and random read 4K up to 145,000 IOPS. Whereas the write performs sequential write up to 680MBps and random write 4K up to 105,000 IOPS.

The EN-20/EN-26 SSDs feature dynamic and static wear leveling, power fail data loss protection, subpage mode FTL, and in-field firmware update. These SSDs operate at 3.3V, 1.8V, and 0.9V supply voltages and -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
