Susumu HPT High-Power Thin Film Chip Terminators

Susumu HPT High-Power Thin Film Chip Terminators are small high-power chip terminators with aluminum nitride substrate. Susumu HPT Terminators offer efficient heat dissipation for high power, anti-surge, and overload protection. The series features 2.5W to 100W rated power, 50Ω impedance, and 1.2 to 1.5 (depending on frequency) voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR). The terminators operate over a -40°C to +155°C operating temperature range.
