STMicroelectronics VNQ9080AJ Quad Channel High-Side Driver

STMicroelectronics VNQ9080AJ Quad Channel High-Side Driver is manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower M0-9 technology. The driver is housed in a PowerSSO-16 package. The device is designed to drive 12V automotive grounded loads through a 3V and 5V CMOS-compatible interface. This provides protection and diagnostics.
