STMicroelectronics TSB622 Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSB622 Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) are dual operational amplifiers featuring an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. These amplifiers offer a good speed/power consumption ratio with a 1.7MHz gain-bandwidth product while consuming less than 375μA per operator at 36V supply voltage. The TSB622 operational amplifiers feature automotive qualification, EMI hardened, and unity-gain stable. These amplifiers are used in industrial, power supplies, and automotive applications. The TSB622 operational amplifiers are available in SO8, miniSO8, and DFN8 3 x 3 wettable flanks micro packages.
