STMicroelectronics TN4050/TN6050 1200V SCR

STMicroelectronics TN4050/TN6050 1200V SCR is suitable in industrial applications where high immunity is required, with a lower gate current. The TN4050 is a 40A on-state RMS current, where the TN6050 is 60A. The STMicroelectronics TN4050/TN6050 is available in through-hole high power package TO-247LL (long lead) with the anode in the backside.
