STMicroelectronics T2535T Triac is ideal for use in the on/off or phase angle control function in general purpose AC switching. Based on ST Snubberless technology, the 25A, 800V T2535T Triac offers high specified turn-off commutation and noise immunity levels up to 150°C. This device safely optimizes the control of motor and heater loads for even the most constraining environments of home appliances.

The STMicroelectronics T2535T Triac is offered in TO-220AB, TO-220AB insulated, and D²PAK packages.
