STMicroelectronics STHS34PF80 High-Sensitivity Infrared Sensor

STMicroelectronics STHS34PF80 High-Sensitivity Infrared Sensor is an uncooled, factory-calibrated IR sensor with an operating wavelength between 5µm and 20µm. The STHS34PF80 sensor has been designed to sense accurately the absolute temperature of objects within its field of view. The information is digitally processed by the ASIC, which can be programmed to monitor motion, presence, or an overtemperature condition.

Thanks to its exceptional sensitivity, the STHS34PF80 can detect human presence at a distance of up to 6 meters without needing a Fresnel lens. The STMicroelectronics STHS34PF80 is housed in a small 3.2mm x 4.2mm x 1.455mm (max) 10-lead organic LGA package.
