STMicroelectronics ST732 28V Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators feature an ultra-low 5µA quiescent current (I_Q), making them ideal for applications permanently connected to a power supply or battery. The low I_Q is also useful for electronic modules that remain permanently on. The ST732 features integrated protection functions, including current limit, short-circuit, and thermal shutdown.
