STMicroelectronics HSP181-2W3Y Automotive Dual-Line ESD Array is intended for high-speed differential lines. The VRM at 18V on the HSP181-2W3Y makes it ideal for short-to-battery hazards in vehicles. The HSP181-2W3Y is also compatible with the maximum signal voltage (18V) on the antenna of NFC readers and efficiently protects the NFC antenna I/O of NFC ICs. The 2.1pF low parasitic capacitance and the 1.7GHz bandwidth permits enough room to preserve the signal integrity of USB 2.0 or NFC signals.

The HSP181-2W3Y is available in a SOT323-3L package and operates at a -55°C to 150°C temperature range.
