STMicroelectronics EVSPIN32G06Q1S1 Evaluation Board

STMicroelectronics EVSPIN32G06Q1S1 Evaluation Board is a 3-phase complete inverter based on STSPIN32G0601 controller, which integrates a 3‑phase 600V gate driver and a Cortex®-M0+ STM32 MCU. The power stage of this board incorporates STGD6M65DF2 IGBTs, but is adaptable to accommodate any IGBT or Power MOSFET in DPAK or powerFLAT 8×8 HV package. Employing a single-shunt sensing topology, this board supports both FOC and 6-step control algorithms in either sensored or sensorless mode. This versatility enables the driving of Permanent Magnet  Synchronous Motors (PMSMs) and Brushless DC (BLDC) motors. The EVSPIN32G06Q1S1 evaluation board operates within a 35VAC (50VDC) to 280VAC (400VDC) input voltage range, and the overcurrent threshold is set to 2.8Apeak. Typical applications include refrigerator compressors, industrial drives, pumps, fans, home appliances, and industrial automation.
