STMicroelectronics ESDA9P25-1T2 Unidirectional TVS is a single line Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diode designed to protect a power line or other low-speed I/O against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and small surge transients. The ESDA9P25-1T2 features low clamping voltage and low leakage current. This device exceeds the IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 standard, with a peak pulse voltage of 30kV for contact and air discharge.
