STMicroelectronics AIS25BA MEMS Digital Output Motion Sensor

STMicroelectronics AIS25BA MEMS Digital Output Motion Sensor is an ultralow noise, low latency, wide bandwidth, 3-axis digital accelerometer with a dedicated time-division multiplexing (TDM) interface. The AIS25BA is designed to address automotive non-safety applications such as wideband active noise control (ANC) and vibration monitoring. The AIS25BA has a user-selectable full-scale range of ±3.85g to ±7.7g, a TDM interface for the sensor data, and an I2C interface for device configuration.

The STMicroelectronics AIS25BA MEMS Digital Output Motion Sensor is offered in a compact land grid array (LGA) package and is guaranteed to operate over an extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. This device is AEC-Q100 qualified for use in automotive applications.
