Stanley Electric High-Power Infrared (IR) LEDs

Stanley Electric High-Power Infrared (IR) LEDs feature high luminous efficiency and high radiant flux. These LEDs operate within -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The high-power IR LEDs are available in 2 viewing angle options, 755nm to 945nm options, 200mW to 840mW options, and -1.5V to 3.2V options. These LEDs are lead-free soldering compatible and RoHS2 compliant. The high-power IR LEDs can be used in applications such as Time Of Flight (TOF) sensors, security equipment, traffic monitoring systems, surveillance cameras, and 3D sensors.
