Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI823Hx-DFN14KIT Evaluation Kit is a demonstration and development platform for the Si823H1BB-IM1 ISODriver. The Si823H1BB-IM1 combines two isolated gate drivers into a single package for high-power applications. This device is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs used in a wide variety of switched power and motor control applications. The Si823H1BB-IM1 utilizes a proprietary silicon isolation technology, supporting up to 5kVRMS for a 1-minute isolation voltage. This design enables high CMTI (125kV/µs), lower propagation delays, and skew little variation with temperature and age and low part-to-part matching.
The Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI823H9-NB8-KIT Evaluation Kit features a pre-installed Si823H1BB-IM1 in a DFN-14 package. The Evaluation Kit also includes screw terminals for quick evaluation of key device parameters and includes test points on the device’s pins to accommodate direct connection to an external system. The SI823H9-NB8-KIT also provides built-in footprints that allow testing of different features and additional components.
