The Silicon Labs ZGM230S Z-Wave SiP Modules are based on the EFR32ZG23 SoC and provide a robust RF performance, long-range security features, low-current consumption, a rich set of MCU peripherals, ample memory, and a wide operating temperature range, encased in a 6.5mm x 6.5mm package.
