Silicon Labs EFR32BG24 Bluetooth Wireless SoCs are designed for wireless connectivity using BLUETOOTH® Low Energy and BLUETOOTH mesh. The EFR32BG24 Bluetooth Wireless SoCs feature a high-performance 2.4GHz RF, low current consumption, an AI/ML hardware accelerator, and Secure Vault™. The device allows users of IoT to create smart, robust, and energy-efficient products that are secure from remote and local cyber-attacks.

The Silicon Labs EFR32BG24 Bluetooth Wireless SoCs incorporate a Cortex®-M33 running up to 78MHz, while up 256kB of RAM and up to 1536kB of Flash supports resources for demanding applications and providing room for future growth.
