Sensirion SFM3019 High-Volume Digital Mass Flow Meter

Sensirion SFM3019 Digital Mass Flow Meter for high-volume applications is designed to measure the flow rate of air, oxygen, and other non-aggressive gases. The meter has a flow range from -10 standard liters per minute (SLM) to +240SLM and one-directional flow supports high flow applications while still allowing backflow detection. Other features include low pressure drop (<5mbar at 200SLM), 16-bit digital signal output at a 2kHz update rate., supply voltage range of 3.3V_DC to 5V_DC, and a digital two-wire interface to connect directly to a microcontroller. Sensirion SFM3019 Digital Mass Flow Meter is highly suitable for use in medical ventilation and respiratory devices as well as for inspiratory flow measurements in high-volume applications.
