Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL High and Ultra-High Capacitance Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) feature a 4700pF to 220µF capacitance range that makes them ideal for industrial, commercial, and automotive applications. These modules operate over a 2.5V_DC to 100V_DC voltage range and have an X5R, X6S, X7R, X7S, X7T, or Y5V dielectric. Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL High and Ultra-High Capacitance MLCCs are offered in 0201, 0402, 0504, 0603, 0805, 1206, or 1210 package sizes. AEC-Q200-qualified versions are available.
