ROHM Semiconductor SDR03 and SDR10 High Anti-Surge Thick Film Chip Resistors provide superior power ratings with 0.3W for the 1608 (0603) size and 0.5W for the 2012 (0805) size, making them suitable for high-reliability sets and circuits. These resistors have a high tolerance to surge events and operate in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range. Additional features include a resistance range of 1Ω to 10MΩ and ±1% or ±5% resistance tolerance.
