ROHM Semiconductor RPMD-0132 Photo Diode

ROHM Semiconductor RPMD-0132 Photo Diode has a high sensitivity to green wavelength components, making it ideal for pulse wave sensing applications. The device has an 800nm to 1050nm spectral range and a 100ns response time. The RPMD-0132 features a low-profile package and a large active area to package area ratio.

The ROHM Semiconductor RPMD-0132 Photo Diode is offered in a 4.4mm x 3.7mm package and has a -25℃ to +75℃ operating temperature range.
