ROHM Semiconductor BUxxJA2VG-C Automotive CMOS LDO Regulators are AEC-Q100 qualified, high-performance Low Dropout regulators with an output current up to 200mA. These devices have excellent noise and load response characteristics despite its low circuit current consumption of 33μA. These devices are ideal for applications such as power supplies for radar and camera modules. The BUxxJA2VG-C LDO Regulators are compatible with ceramic capacitors, eliminating the need for large capacitance electrolytic capacitors for oscillation prevention, contributing to end-product miniaturization.
